Shipping

All items on our site are in stock (unless noted otherwise) and ready to ship in 1-2 business days and in many cases the same day! We take great care in packing each ceramic item to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) and will be shipped from the East Coast.

Damaged Item During Shipping

Contact us immediately if your item was damaged during shipping. Please send a photo to spons@scarlettwares.com.

Returns

Please contact us if you aren’t completely satisfied. Items can be returned in original packaging with the order confirmation number. Once we receive the item in good condition we will issue a full refund for the item only. Please note return shipping cost in paid by the buyer.
